1. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and regular treatment of BP, Diabetes, Heart Disease, cholesterol, etc. Not smoking, or drinking alcohol if at all limits.
2. Eating a healthy balanced diet (green vegetables, seasonal fruits), Exercising regularly and maintaining a healthy weight.

3. Doing Aerobics, yoga, gardening, singing, dancing, etc. The mantra is “Sit less and walk more”.

4. Increase your brain bank account by doing challenging tasks, learning new things, cultivating hobbies, doing group activities, etc; thereby increasing “Cognitive Reserve and Brain Plasticity”.

5. Being social looking after mental health and remaining connected with people.
6. By promoting brain health a good 40% of dementia could be either prevented or delayed.
