What are the types of anxiety?

To a large extent, anxiety responses are normal, not just human, or animal responses. So if the situation is suitable for anxiety then we can control the anxiety and face the situation or find some solution to that problem. So consider this as normal anxiety. It may also differ from person to person.
The second aspect is often reduced. Some people get a lot of anxiety due to no situation or even a small situation. So they should perhaps understand themselves and try to modify themselves either by themselves or by taking help from a psychologist or a consular.
